About

hi and hullo!
My name is Hannah and thanks for stopping by.

I’m a pediatric dietitian based in New Jersey who loves photography. It’s faithfully served as my creative outlet, the thing that shakes me out of bed every morning and tickles my imagination. To me, the shutter is an inspirational oxymoron. One simple “click” can speak volumes, invite a million ideas.

Over the past few years, I’ve woven photography with my studies in agriculture and food security to illustrate food system stories. Looking ahead, I hope to combine concerned photography and narrative research to diversify the voices contributing to the global conversation about developing a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable food system, one where evidence-based science, ethical commitments, and traditional foodways are compatible. We’re all eaters. Everyone deserves a seat at the table and a chance to share their story.
